Draft for review. These documents describe how the platform actually operates, but have not been reviewed by a legal adviser and should be before launch.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a viewing, book a room or apply for membership, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, and where relevant your company name, tax registration number, industry, team size and the requirement you describe.
For bookings we also record the space, date, time and the reference we issue. For memberships we record the product, term, rate and invoices.
Our servers keep ordinary technical logs, including IP address and request details, for security and diagnostics.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange your viewing, hold and confirm your booking, review your membership application, and administer a membership once it starts.
To send you transactional messages about something you asked for: a booking confirmation, a viewing time, an invoice.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who can see it
Fairway Junction staff who need it to do their job, and the service providers who run our hosting, email delivery and payment processing on our behalf.
We share information with others only where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and viewing requests that do not lead anywhere are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and membership records are kept for as long as needed to administer the relationship and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us using the contact details on this site and we will respond.
