Membership terms

Applying and approval

Submitting an application does not create a membership. We review each application, may carry out reasonable due diligence, and confirm acceptance in writing with a proposal setting out the workspace product, term, rate and inclusions.

A membership begins on the start date stated in your accepted proposal, once the first invoice and any security deposit are paid.

Term and renewal

Each workspace product carries a minimum term, stated in your proposal. Your rate is fixed for that term.

Unless either party gives notice before the end of the term, the membership continues month to month on the same terms. Notice periods are set out in your proposal.

Fees and billing

Membership is invoiced monthly in advance. All rates exclude applicable taxes, which are added to your invoice.

A security deposit is payable before occupation, equal to the number of months stated for your product. It is refunded at the end of the membership, less any outstanding charges or the cost of making good damage beyond fair wear and tear.

Your space and what is included

Membership grants a licence to use the space described in your proposal during opening hours. It does not create a tenancy or any interest in the property.

Building access, premium Wi-Fi and fibre connectivity, reception and security, use of the members' lounge, mail and courier handling, and member rates at the café and restaurant are included with every membership.

Complimentary meeting-room hours are granted monthly according to your product. They do not carry over between months. Additional hours are charged at member rates.

Use of the building

Members are asked to treat the building, its staff and other members with consideration, to keep shared areas usable, and not to conduct activity that is unlawful or that interferes with others' work.

We may reallocate a comparable unit where reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety or building works, giving as much notice as circumstances allow.

Ending a membership

Either party may end the membership at the end of the minimum term, or thereafter, by the notice period stated in your proposal.

We may suspend or end a membership immediately for non-payment that remains unresolved after written reminder, or for conduct that endangers people or the building.
